it's good to level stamina traits early so you can at least dodge nearly all damage if you time them right. you can level tank traits if u find it too hard. I like to level speed stuff after stamina like movements speed and reload. afterwards it's nice to level dmg traits like crits. from then you can do whatever. even mod gen helps a decent .
